## Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as follows:

**All Sales Final:**  Generally, all sales are final.  We accept returns and provide refunds only under the following conditions:

* **Damaged Items:**  If your necklace arrives damaged due to shipping,  standard shipping insurance will cover the value of the item, at minimum.  Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your necklace and provide pictures of the damage to the packaging and the necklace itself.  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace your necklace.

* **Manufacturing Defects:**  If your necklace appears to have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving it (not caused by user error), please contact us immediately.  We will require pictures or a video of the defect, along with a clear description of the issue.  **If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement necklace.** 

Please note that you must return the original damaged necklace to us within 14 days of receiving the replacement.  Failure to return the original necklace will result in a charge for both pieces.

**Items not covered by this policy:**

* We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any necklace damage caused by the customer after receiving the product.
* We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for lost necklaces.
*  We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any necklaces returned after 30 days of receipt.

**How to Make a Return:**

* In the event your necklace qualifies for a return under this policy, please contact us at bizyyme@duck.com  within 30 days of receiving your necklace.
* We will provide you with a return shipping label  **if the return is due to our fault**.
* We recommend insuring the return shipment for the value of the necklace.
* Once we receive the returned necklace and verify its condition, we will process your replacement or refund within 10 business days.

**Please note:**

* We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a return if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.
*  We are unable to offer  refunds for return shipping costs  unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.

          ## Shipping Info

Package's may be shipped via: USPS. UPS, or FedEx

Most commonly I use USPS, however from time to time I will use the other carriers.

You should receive you package in either: a bubble mailer, a box, or occasionally we may use special packaging that would be beneficial to the order. We try to provide fair sizing in the package used, based on the item(s) you receive.

I will use USPS Ground Advantage Shipping for the Majority of all orders.

This includes: $100 coverage insurance (I will upgrade the cost, if your package exceeds this value) , 1-5 Day Delivery (Business Days) , & Tracking Information.

If you'd like USPS Priority,  or any alternate carrier / shipping speed, you may select if available. The cost of any shipping upgrade is at your cost.

Monday-Friday are the days in which Business is conducted.

Saturday / Sunday do not count as processing or shipping days.

You may still receive a package, or have a package dropped off on a Saturday. If I have excess orders, start failing behind, or just plan to be near the area, at my descression I may drop off the package. USPS may deliver on Saturday's but I would check with your local USPS to find out more information about this.

My processing time for all orders: 1-3 Business Days

Some orders, may be dropped off within 24 hours, while others may take up to 3 full Business Days after your order.

My goal is to get them out quicker rather than later, however both life and projects can occasionaly get in the way. For this reason I like to allow some safety time so customer's are not mad if they do not receive it as fast as they anticipated. Thanks for your understanding.
